You'll be out in the field daily, managing crews, coordinating materials, and keeping all stakeholders in the loop. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead daily job site operations and uphold safety and building code compliance</li><li>Coordinate, pick up, and deliver materials</li><li>Communicate with homeowners, crews, and neighbors throughout each project</li><li>Conduct site inspections and generate photo documentation and reports</li><li>Place and maintain branding signage on job sites</li><li>Perform site cleanups and final walkthroughs</li><li>Track project schedules, costs, and progress</li><li>Ensure subcontractor agreements (LDAs) are signed and enforced</li><li>Submit accurate daily field reports and monthly production/margin reports</li><li>Resolve warranty or production issues professionally and swiftly</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in roofing or residential construction project management</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills</li><li>Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office); experience with project management software preferred</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li><li>OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred</li><li>Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied conditions</li><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management a plus (not required)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary at $50,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.</li><li>Work in a fast-growing company with a clear mission and modern tech-forward operations</li><li>Virtual team culture with high autonomy and strong support</li><li>Opportunities for career growth as the company expands</li><li>Be part of a company that prioritizes client experience, team collaboration, and operational excellence</li></ul>Join a team that values ownership, teamwork, and doing right by the customer, every time.
