As a Roofing Project Manager Client Experience Focus, you'll oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. You'll be out in the field daily, managing crews, coordinating materials, and keeping all stakeholders in the loop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily job site operations and uphold safety and building code compliance
• Coordinate, pick up, and deliver materials
• Communicate with homeowners, crews, and neighbors throughout each project
• Conduct site inspections and generate photo documentation and reports
• Place and maintain branding signage on job sites
• Perform site cleanups and final walkthroughs
• Track project schedules, costs, and progress
• Ensure subcontractor agreements (LDAs) are signed and enforced
• Submit accurate daily field reports and monthly production/margin reports
• Resolve warranty or production issues professionally and swiftly

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in roofing or residential construction project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office); experience with project management software preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied conditions
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management a plus (not required)
