As a Roofing Estimator & Inspector, you'll be the face of our field operations, inspecting properties, diagnosing issues, and preparing detailed quotes that reflect our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting on-site roof inspections (must be comfortable climbing roofs)
• Assessing storm, hail, and general roof damage for insurance and repair
• Documenting findings with photos and notes via a mobile app
• Providing accurate, honest estimates and solutionsno pressure sales
• Communicating findings clearly to clients and coordinating next steps
• Supporting our team with follow-ups, updates, and customer education
• Occasionally, representing the company next door to active job sites (no cold canvassing)

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and confidence to safely climb and inspect residential roofs
• Integrity-driven approach, no aggressive sales tactics
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Tech-savvy, experienced using mobile apps (we use Jobber)
• Roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn our processes and grow with the company
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
