As a Client Specialist, you'll act as the central point of contact for our customers from their first call to their final invoice. This is a 100% remote position for individuals fluent in English, with bonus points for Spanish bilingual skills. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule site assessments, communicate with internal teams, and ensure no client question goes unanswered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries (calls, emails, messages)
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and assessments using platforms like Jobber
- Coordinate with project managers and field crews to resolve client concerns in real time
- Send project updates and reminders to clients with clarity and professionalism
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records
- Be available during U.S. business hours (flexibility depending on region/time zone)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish fluency is a strong plus
- 2 or more years of client service, call center, or virtual assistant experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools (Jobber experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple client interactions
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
